Pilates by Riley was founded in 2023 by Riley Walsh in Lakewood, CO. An exclusive, boutique style studio, PBR specializes in Private and Small Group Reformer Pilates sessions. The studios private setting ensures focus and mind-body connection, while allowing a peaceful and intimate experience. At Pilates by Riley we focus on form and precision; targeting those smaller muscle groups and controlling slower movements.
Each session is tailored to meet clients specific needs and health goals. Whether you are just starting your wellness journey, or looking to switch up your routine, our sessions will continue to challenge your endurance, strength, and muscle control.

YOUR FOUNDER
My name is Riley Walsh and I’ve been teaching reformer Pilates for over 3.5 years. After growing up a competitive gymnast and retiring from Division 1 sports, Pilates quickly became the newest passion in my life. As a Colorado native, I was beyond excited to have the opportunity to bring my teaching back to my home state after finishing college and living East Coast for few years!
